In this creative, non-traditional PwC case interview, your client is the Bank of Luke, a mid-size Midwestern bank, that is losing business to a competitor… Vader, Inc. Bank of Luke has asked you to come in and provide recommendations that would help them increase their market share and profitability. Your job is to familiarize yourself with the inner workings of both the Bank of Luke and Vader, Inc. as well as the changes that have recently taken place in the item processing industry and present creative recommendations.

Using the Market Study (market share) Framework to solve this case study will prove useful, but don’t restrict yourself to the framework. This is a case that allows you the room to be original and think of something outside the box to address the challenges at Bank of Luke. Use your creativity and business acumen to solve this unique case.
