Our client is one of the big 3 automobile manufacturers in United States. 

Its international division which is responsible for selling to Europe, is losing money. In 2020, their loss was $1.1B. Revenues have declined for the last 3 years. Revenues were $5.5B in 2017, and $4B in 2020. Average price of a vehicle has declined from $25K (in 2010) to $20K (in 2013). Quantity sold has also declined from 220K (in 2017) to 200K (2020). There’s no material change at the cost side.
