Your client is a large Canadian bank that is installing ATM’s in all of its branches. They are ready to pull the trigger and have come to you to get sound advice and analysis of their proposed strategy. In this Mercer style case study topic, it’s your job to dive into the operations of your client as well as the potential profitability of the ATM’s and give your client a clear picture of what to expect from this decision.
Profitability is an important case study topic to be well versed in when preparing for your first round interview. We recommend using the Profitability Framework to solve this case study, but be prepared to bring your own flavor and business experience to the framework.
