You have been hired by the VP of Procurement of a large company to help the firm form a strategy to consolidate purchasing efforts. In this Kearney case study, your job is to dig into the company’s operations data in order to recommend a strategy for how to move forward.
We recommend that you use the Profitability Framework to solve the case study question here. However, don’t get boxed into the basic framework. Use your knowledge of case frameworks to create a custom structure for the business situation you are facing.
