The Profitability Framework is a good starting place for a structure for the case, but the best casers blend frameworks and their own business experience to create a custom framework for the case.

The Kearney case study has several math exhibits. This is a practice case study that will set you up for a Bain second round interview.

Kearney Interview Tips

What does Kearney look for in its candidates? Human calculators. Jokes aside, the firm prizes candidates that are comfortable with making complex quantitative calculations.

Make sure your mental math game is strong; utilize our math drills if math is a weakness for you.

In this Kearney case study, time yourself throughout the case to make the most of your practice. Aim to take no more than 4 minutes to create and present your structure, 5 minutes for math, 2 minutes for brainstorming, and 2 minutes for a conclusion.
