Your client is a library information systems company who is looking to increase it’s market share and has hired you to help them come up with a plan. In this IBM case study interview, it’s your job to dig deep into the market to find ways for increasing market share and profitability so you can give your client a solid plan moving forward.

You can use the Market Study Framework to help solve this case, but we strongly recommend that you don’t stop there. The most proficient case interview candidates blent their knowledge of the frameworks with their own business experience to come up with a custom structure for the case.
