What’s should Manny’s consider when deciding which plant(s) to use?

Case Study Overview

In this Kearney case, you have been brought in to help your client determine which plant to use to maximize profitability. It’s your job to ask the case study questions that will locate the information that will take you to a solution. As you work through this case, dive deep into the topic of profitability and get to know your client. Who would you call first?

You can use the Profitability framework to solve this Kearney style case, but the best candidates take the existing frameworks and blend them with their own case study questions and business experience. As you do that, you will be able to develop a solution that is unique and specific to this case.

This case contains no math diagrams, and is an intermediate level case study you would find in a Kearney second round with a qualitative difficulty of 3 out of 4.
