In this Kearney case interview, you have been asked to by your client to help them reduce their working capital requirements to increase profitability. Your job in this case study is to dig into the company’s numbers, get to know the market and help find a solution that will take those profits up.

We recommend using the Profitability Framework for this case, but challenge yourself and don’t start there! The most sought after candidates showcase an ability to integrate their own business experience with the framework to come up with a solution that is specific and strategic.
