How will you help your client solve this problem? How would you structure your approach?

Kearney Case Study Overview

We recommend using the Profitability Framework for this case, but challenge yourself and don’t start there! The most sought after candidates showcase an ability to integrate their own business experience with the framework to come up with a solution that is specific and strategic.
