In this Strategy& case study, your client is a New England Electric Company facing a possible influx of competition into their market. They have come to you to help them determine the best next steps to ward off profit losses and keep their market share. It’s your job to dive into the market, get to know your client, analyze the data and come back with solid recommendations for moving forward.
