Business is very lucrative, but revenue is expected to decrease slowly in the coming years, however the reasons are not yet clear.

The client has brought us in to figure out why revenue is decreasing and ways to turn the tide to even increase revenue.

Case Overview

In this OC&C case study, you have been brought in by your client to help ward off an impending decrease in profitability despite the fact that business is booming right now. It’s up to dive into the British newspaper market, do your research to get to know the market and your client, and come back with a recommendation for moving forward. What would you tackle first?

The Profitability Framework will prove useful for approaching this case, but don’t stop there. To get the most out of your case study practice, take the basic framework and add your own experience and business acumen to come up with a solution that will benefit your client and showcase your common sense.
