Management Consulted was founded in 2008 and is the leading resource on all things consulting, with a focus on helping you create a kick-ass consulting resume, ace your case interviews, find management consulting jobs, and corporate skills training!
Founded and run by former McKinsey, Bain, and BCG consultants, we’ve written many consulting articles on topics ranging from travel to salaries, from resume mistakes to summer internships, from exit opportunities to case interview preparation.

University Training:
We partner with 75+ universities around the globe to support their consulting-bound students. These top universities and b-schools understand that to help their students break into top global firms, they need to work with the best instructors in the field.
We conduct 200+ interview prep workshops per year (live and virtually), offer an industry-leading digital curriculum, provide 1:1 coaching, and run case competitions. In short, we do whatever it takes to see students at our partner universities succeed.

Our Team
Jenny Rae Le Roux
Chief Executive Officer
Jenny Rae joined the team in 2010. She graduated from the University of Virginia and obtained her MBA from Columbia Business School. She joined Bain after traveling around the world, writing a book, working on financial public policy in South Africa and sailing across the Atlantic Ocean. In short, she’s done everything we all wish we could do, but never get around to :)
Since leaving Bain to co-found a tech company she has advised over 45 different early- and mid-phase companies around the world, retired twice, and built up a real estate portfolio.
Namaan Mian
Chief Operating Officer
Namaan began his career on Capitol Hill focused on strategic communication, had a stint in development for an international nonprofit, and is now COO at Management Consulted, where he has developed strategic partnerships with global brands (e.g., Facebook, Motorola Solutions, CVS Health) and helped make Management Consulted the #1 global resource for strategy/analytics skills training.
Namaan manages MC’s global team, serves as editor-in-chief for the world’s largest strategy-focused media platform (3M+ annual readers), and spearheads the firm’s considerable revenue growth initiatives while serving as a trusted advisor to university and corporate clients.
You may also run across Namaan at a live event near you! He is a dynamic instructor, leading 100+ workshops per year for MC’s corporate and university partners. He is also frequently invited to speak at industry-wide events and webinars.
