Case Study Prompt

A few years ago, Hurricane Nicole badly damaged part of the city of Tampa, FL. This led to a mass exodus of families to nearby towns and cities. The hurricane also destroyed many of the schools in neighborhoods on the west side of the city.

Now, families are starting to come back, and the city of Tampa is wondering how they should construct and open these schools. They’ve come to us for help with this problem.
