Capgemini Expanding to Nashville with New Office

From 2010-2020, the Music City recorded a 15% increase in population growth. Capgemini is part of this recent growth trend. In late 2021, several other high profile tech companies, including Amazon, Oracle, and Facebook, also announced plans to make Nashville a major market.

Nashville has not historically been a major hub for management consulting firms like Boston, Chicago, Atlanta, et al, so this is notable. Due to the area’s growing tech sector and booming population growth, we expect Nashville to continue to attract consulting firms and talent in the coming years, especially in the digital space. The Nashville office will focus on artificial intelligence, machine learning, IoT, and enterprise application modernization.

Conclusion

Nashville is not typically a big consulting town, but that appears to be changing. Capgemini’s intentions to hire 500-1,000 people over the next few years is good news for aspiring IT consultants in the greater Nashville area or folks looking for a change of scenery.
