The UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School values the importance of developing business strategies and leadership skills through relevant, hands-on experience. The school offers over fifteen hands-on simulations, business projects, and capstone courses so students can gain real-life experiences. The school offers multiple programs, including a full-time MBA program, an online MBA program and executive MBA programs. The full-time MBA program is known for its flexible classes and global perspective. Students remain involved by participating in, or leading, more than 40 MBA clubs and organizations. Beginning in their first year, students enroll in elective courses and prepare for internships. The programs are constantly adapting to changes in industries, roughly ten percent of the elective courses are new each year.
