Abi spent four years at Bain’s Dallas and Atlanta offices and obtained her MBA from Harvard Business School. While at Bain, she worked on a variety of cases including private equity diligence, IT transformation, and social impact.
Outside of casework, Abi led recruiting from her undergraduate institution and prepped dozens of high-potential candidates. She believes that providing detailed and actionable feedback is critical for candidates’ development. She is particularly passionate about helping candidates from a non-traditional background (e.g., first-generation / low-income or recruiting from a non-target school) to break into consulting.
In her spare time, she enjoys hanging out with her dog and her cat, and her dream in life is to open her own restaurant.
