After graduating from Northwestern University with a degree in Music Business and Vocal Performance, Joe spent almost a decade working for a nonprofit that provides leadership training and mentorship to young people in over 100 countries.
Throughout those years, he developed a passion for problem-solving and coaching, helping multiple direct reports and volunteers ascend into and thrive in leadership roles throughout the U.S. and abroad.
While pursuing his MBA, Joe was the Director of Interview Preparation for his program’s consulting club and conducted numerous casing workshops and 1:1 coaching sessions.
Known for his candor and encouragement, Joe gives specific and actionable feedback regarding all aspects of the interview. As a BCG hire from a non-target school and with a non-traditional background, he knows what it takes to stand out amongst a pool of strong applicants. At BCG, Joe worked primarily on Industrial Goods and Private Equity engagements and will be returning to the firm in 2024.
