Brattle Group

The Brattle Group is a consulting services firm that also offers expert testimony in economics, finance, and regulation to corporations, law firms, and public agencies. The firm is based in the United States, with offices in Cambridge, Massachusetts, New York City, San Francisco, Washington, DC, Toronto, London, Madrid, Rome and Sydney. Its name comes from its headquarters, which is located on Brattle Street, in the Harvard Square district of Cambridge before. However, the firm has relocated to Boston, MA.

Its primary service is answering complex economic, regulatory, and financial questions for corporations, law firms, and governments around the world. Founded in 1990 as a five-person outfit, Brattle combined with Incentives Research, incorporated in 1995 to strengthen its expertise in energy matters and opened its first office in Cambridge. Since then, the firm has grown to over 350 working out of nine offices in the United States, Canada, Spain, Italy, Australia, and the United Kingdom-serve a number of industries, including electric power, financial institutions, infrastructure, natural gas and petroleum, pharmaceuticals and medical devices, and telecommunications and media.
