Capgemini Invent
Capgemini Invent is the consulting behemoth’s management consulting arm. To make it clear, this is the BU that focuses on more traditional management consulting work as opposed to parent Capgemini’s tech consulting focus.
Capgemini Invent is still quite young, with only around 1,000 employees in North America. The firm is centered around 4 hub offices: Atlanta, Chicago, New York, and San Francisco. If you’re recruiting out of undergrad, note that you will have to be based in one of these offices for at least your 1st year.
While technically MBA candidates also have to be based in a hub office for their first year, the firm offers you more flexibility (perhaps a sign of the ongoing war for talent!). At the MBA level, negotiating starting office (and how often you’re there) is much more of an option.
See below for a list of the firm’s target schools, along with the corresponding offices they feed. While the firm will consider candidates from any school or background, it only has an in-person presence at these institutions.
