Mars & Co. is an international strategy consulting firm, founded in 1979 by Dominique Mars. The founding mission of the company is simple – exclusivity. The firm’s aims to pour the majority of its resources into a small number of clients, in order to serve them, worldwide, exclusively. The firm prides itself on its small size, employing approximately 250 consultants across six offices in Connecticut, California, Paris, London, Shanghai, and Tokyo.

New hires can expect to start either the Tuesday after July 4th or Tuesday after Labor Day. The firm does not sponsor H1B visas but can hire candidates from Mexico, Canada, or Australia.

The hybrid model has worked well for Mars & Co as they choose to be in the office on Tuesdays, but mostly work remotely.
