Founded in 1994, Porsche Consulting is a Germany-based management consultancy. The firm is a subsidiary of “Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG” AKA Porsche, the sports car manufacturer. Porsche Consulting has a rare vantage point in the consulting industry coming from being under a leading automotive group and is able to leverage that into unique insights for its clients.

The firm primarily functions in the automotive, transportation, aerospace, and industrial goods industries – for obvious reasons – with lesser expertise inside financial services, construction, retail, life sciences, and consumer goods. Porsche Consulting is based in Germany (5 offices) and does over 60% of its business in the country, but is expanding elsewhere across the globe (example: 2 offices in the U.S.).
