The Keystone Group is a management consulting firm, founded in 1991, that primarily works with mid-market manufacturing and distribution clients. The firm is headquartered in Chicago, with other offices in Atlanta and Los Angeles. TKG’s strategic services are centered around three key areas: Strategy and Operations; Operational Turnaround; M&A Integration.
The Keystone group is extremely hands on, having a strong value on implementing every recommendation and solution. Most of the firm’s cases include additional implementation work to make sure their clients receive ongoing support.
