The process is selective and similar to other firms; roughly 6% of 1st round interviewers are given an offer. The casing is tough and rigorous (2 1st-round cases, 4 final round cases including graphing out operations and inventory levels on the fly) and is Bain-style (most of the partners and managers came from Bain at one time).
