The firm was founded in 1972 with the mission to serve high-quality proprietary research and consulting advice to major financial enterprises. The firm’s first began serving large corporate pensions, personal trust services, and large corporate banks in the United States. As the company grew it expanded and acquired a wide range of clients in the financial sector, including fixed income, stockbrokerage, derivatives, foreign exchange, and investment banking markets globally.

The firm’s services have expanded to include online tools and services, custom research, global programs, as well as specialized analytical services. The firm has grown to have offices in the Singapore, Japan, Canada, and the United Kingdom to serve more than 250 clients around the world.
