Insigniam Interviews

The Insigniam interview process is not for the faint of heart. The length of the entire process is typically around 2 months and is very thorough. Applications are usually completed online (make sure to update your resume), then followed by interviews at one of the firm’s offices. You will first have to speak to several Partners and Consultants (~5-7). These conversations tend to be more personal.

Then, you will be required to complete writing samples and reports regarding various business-related topics (check out our written case interview prep guide!) and psychometric personality assessments. You will have to provide estimates as to when you’re going to complete these assignments – make sure to set solid deadlines for yourself.

If you reach the final stage, you’ll have a final round of interviews with the founding partners who will make the final call. You’ll be notified within a few weeks if you got the job or not.
